At Bobux, we want your little ones to have the perfect fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Bobux box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
